Mabula Private Game Reserve, located at the foothills of the Waterberg Mountains, is home to a wide variety of wild animals including the Big 5 and over 300 recorded bird species. Game, with the exception of lion, roam freely on the reserve. The resort consists of a hotel with self-catering lodges. Accommodation is not within fenced camps and is situated a far distance from the main centre. It is therefore essential that guests have their own vehicles. Units are located in four separate camps. Mabula Game Lodge offers full hotel facilities to timeshare guests, including a restaurant, Boma, bars, sporting facilities etc. A qualified beautician and treatments are offered at the main lodge. General information: Game drives in private vehicles are not permitted. Timeshare reception hours are: Mon - Thurs 08h00 to 17h00, Friday 07h30 to 21h00, Sat + Sun: 09h00 - 16h00, Public Holidays 09h00 to 16h00, Public Holidays and New Years 09h00 to 12h00. Outside of these hours, reception for timeshare units is handled by the hotel reception. A conservation fee is charged for each vehicle entering the reserve and is payable at timeshare reception on arrival. Please be advised that during the winter months management strongly recommend, that if you are susceptible to cold weather, you bring extra blankets with you.
